We've watched a lot of intro and demo videos, and the biggest problems we usually come across are:

😐 Bad/uneven Lighting
😐 Distracting Background Noise
😐 Teacher is not centered in the video feed
😐 No company colors/logo

So no matter how nice your background is, how many props you have or how much experience you have, you won't be a presence on the screen, and you won't impress the recruiter who has seen dozens of teachers that day.

So, let's fix some of these issues and you can feel confident that the recruiter can very obviously see you look the part.

😍 Light from above and the side, light background as well
😍 Get a noise cancelling microphone not just headset
😍 Sit close and in the center of your video
😍 Make an effort to find a bright company color t-shirt
