Mod Description:
"Party like it's 1995 with Sonic Mania GENESIS! The mod that aims to convert Sonic Mania into a Sega Genesis game, and it also includes a few surprise changes in level themes (not the level design though), plus genesis style music and graphics. This is set to release late 2021!"

The mod from what I've seen on the site page was looked to be completed around the end of February, but haven't seen anything updated from the time I was checking it out.
