Assalamualaikum dosto, aaj Shaista Ki Rasoi mein bana rahe hain Ramadan ke liye delicious aur irresistible energy laddoo – moong dal, besan, gond, makhana aur dry fruits se bane hue. Ye traditional winter‑style gond ke laddu body ko garam rakhte hain, immunity boost karte hain aur sehri/iftar ke liye long‑lasting energy dete hain. Ramadan, sardi ke din, ya kisi bhi time healthy mithai chahiye ho to ye perfect option hai.
Is recipe mein hum moong dal aur mash dal ko dry roast karke powder banate hain, saath hi gond, makhana, badam, kaju, khuskhus aur besan ko desi ghee mein alag‑alag bhun kar sabka fine powder tayyar karte hain. Phir in sab roasted flours, nuts aur gond–makhana mixture ko ek hi bartan mein mila kar powdered sugar ke saath mix kiya jata hai, taaki har bite mein ghee, dry fruits aur dal ka perfect balance aaye.
