A delicious peppermint cake to astound the crowd!
Tips:
1) Make sure everything is at room temperature that needs to be at room temperature.
2) Beat the butter and sugar for the cake for AT LEAST 3 minutes!
3) Check on the cakes as they near the end of their time - it's different for every oven. For 2 cakes, bake for 28-30 minutes. For 3 cakes, bake for 21-23 minutes. The toothpick will come out with a few crumbs, or clean.
