Описание: For the first time in three years, there is real momentum toward reopening the Yigo Raceway. A new lease could put the track back in the hands of the local motorsports community, but the big question remains: can they afford it? The Guam Motorsports Association says while $10,000 a month is a tall order, they're willing to get creative to get car culture back on track.
