This is my unconventional cruise to Alaska! I’ll take you along with me on a two week cruise (usually most Alaska cruises are one week) where we visited a lot of the classic cruise ports in the Inside Passage above Canada 🍁
We start in Vancouver, go up to Alaska, visit the glaciers in Glacier Bay National Park, and go to Victoria, BC for a quick stop before ending all the way down in Los Angeles!! From there we go through the Panama Canal over to start the Caribbean season so I’ll do my next vlog on a Caribbean cruise.
I had a prolonged injury so I ended up visiting the hospital in Sitka which was a unique cruise experience…
I also spent a lot of the time studying as I’m in my masters degree program online—so I show the balance between (sort of) working at sea and also having time to explore and spend time with my boyfriend onboard.
I have a very unique situation at the moment but am loving the opportunity to continue cruising now that I don’t work for the company anymore and can just travel alongside my partner who’s still working onboard. Best of both worlds! 🌎
