Two Ingredient Cheesy Corn Tortillas
Crispy, cheesy, and made canned corn + lite mozzarella.
They bake up into golden, flavor-packed
tortillas that you can use as wraps, flatbreads, or just eat straight off the tray. Simple, high-protein, and so good 🙌🏻
✅ Only 2 ingredients
✅ Crispy edges, chewy center

🌽 Recipe:
· 1 can corn
· mozzarella cheese
· seasonings of choice (salt, garlic powder,
paprika, chili powder, etc.)
🔥Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2️⃣ Spread drained corn into 3 even rounds on the sheet.
3️⃣ Sprinkle each with mozzarella and your favorite seasonings.
4️⃣ Bake 18-20 minutes, until edges are golden and tortillas are firm.
5️⃣ Let cool a few minutes before removing from the tray. Use as tortillas, flatbreads, or just eat as cheesy snack rounds.
