CAPTAIN BRIAN PRIDAY & GLIDER 4 LANDING
In this episode I investigate the route used by gliders 4 of D Company 2nd Battalion Ox & Bucks Light Infantry. The Glider contained Captain Priday, D Company's second in command. The glider is released to the east of the intended target due to a navigational error by the Halifax tow.
I look into the reasons for the error and what might have happened. I investigate the logical release point and landing site
