It features an intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) that safeguards against overcharging, undercharging, overcurrent, thermal runaway, and short circuits while enabling independent cell balancing for optimal performance. The battery is designed for safety and durability, capable of withstanding short circuits, overcharging, overdischarging, nail punctures, and thermal shock without risk of fire or explosion. It operates efficiently within a temperature range of 0°C to 55°C for both charging and discharging and supports fast charging with a standard current of 25A. The BL12-80 delivers steady output voltage, minimal self-discharge (less than 3% per month), and requires no maintenance. It has an expected cycle life exceeding 2,500 cycles at 25°C. Comprehensive protections include over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, under-temperature, overcurrent, and external short circuit detection.
