Описание: This video is a more in depth of how to trim a brisket, cooked on my RT-680 at 225 for 9 hours, i decided to wrap and cooked it an additional 4 hours until it hit an internal of 199, the meat was very tender when inserting a probe throughout the meat. It rested for 2 hours and then sliced very nicely.
