Litti Chokha Ingredients
*For Litti Dough
4 cups : coarse wheat flour
1 tsp : salt
1 tsp: carom seeds
1/2 cup :ghee(clarified butter)
2 cups: water as required
*For Litti Stuffing
1 cup : Roasted Chana gram flour / Sattu
1 tbsp: Pickle masala
1 tbsp: chopped green coriander
1 tsp: grated Ginger
1 tsp: chopped green chilies
1 tbsp: mustard oil
1 tsp : salt
1/4th Cup : water as required
1 tbsp : lemon juice
*For Chokha
4 : Roasted mashed tomatoes
1 : Roasted mashed brinjal/eggplant
4 : boiled Mashed potatoes
1 tsp : grated Ginger
2 tsp : chopped green chillies
3/4 th Cup: chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp : mustard oil
2 tsp : salt to taste
1 tsp : red chili powder
1 tbsp :lemon juice
1 cup : ghee (clarified butter)
