Mr Prado is reminiscent of a margarita - a Pineapple Sage Margarita to be more specific. Although the acidity is lowered in comparison due to the addition of fresh pineapple juice. It's a tropical variation of a margarita with hints of earthiness brought by the sage syrup.

INGREDIENTS
60 ml Blanco Tequila
60 ml Pineapple Juice
22.5 ml Sage Syrup
22.5 ml Lime Juice
Optionally, gently muddle the sage and use agave and/or triple sec in place of the syrup.
