Here are the ingredients: 🧄🧅🧂
5 cups (1 kg) Glutinous Rice (Malagkit Rice or Pilit)
300g Chicken Thigh slices
300g Chicken Gizzards
300g Chicken Liver
200g Pork Belly slices
400g Chorizo Bilbao or Chinese sausages
100g Shrimps, cleaned & deveined
1 L Water
1 cup Shrimp Juice
4 cups chicken broth
4 cups Gata (Coconut Milk)
8 cloves Garlic, minced
1 pc large White Onion, sliced
2 large Bell Peppers, julienned
1 cup Green Peas
1½ cups Raisins
1 pc Bayleaf
1 tsp Turmeric powder or freshly-grated turmeric
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
2-3 Tbsps Taba ng Talangka (crab fat)
Salt & Pepper to taste
8 Eggs, boiled, peeled and sliced into quarters
