A downtown Italian restaurant was the latest business to be targeted in an apparent fire bombing, Montreal police said Thursday.
Security footage shows a man smashing the glass of the restaurant with a large brick before tossing a Molotov cocktail inside the establishment. Police said he fled on foot.
The flames were quickly extinguished by Montreal firefighters.
As Brayden Jagger Haines reports, targeted fire bombings have been on the rise in Montreal in the past few months.
