Format:
40 Sec On
20 Sec Rest
Equipment Needed:
Dumbbells (light , med and heavy set- last couple reps/10 seconds should be challenging)
Mat
Workout Series:
Bent Over Row
Shoulder Press
Rear Delt Fly
Bicep Curl
Repeat
Chest Press
Skull Crusher
Fly
Dips
Plank Shoulder Taps
Repeat
Modify as needed! Focus on controlled movements.
