Let's see which moves you can survive at 999%.
Rules
normal circumstances only (no cage-like custom stage for example)
the strongest hit of a move was counted
chargeable moves had to be fully charged
the exception to the last two rules are moves with different versions (like Ryu's Neutral B) and moves with multiple completely independent hitboxes (like Wolf's Blaster, which can hit with the blade and the projectile)
