People who know that I do these covers have asked me if I've played the Layton games for awhile now, mostly due to the heavy presence of accordion (or is it bandoneon?) on the soundtrack. I just recently bought a copy of Curious Village and, aside from the great music, have been enjoying the gameplay so far. I'll definitely be excited to make my way through the series. The music is great, demonstrating a significant influence of Astor Piazzolla, one of my favorite composers and performers, and working on a solo version of this tune was challenging but extremely fun!
