Barrios Vals No. 3, opus 8 (Radmila Besic), and how to make chocolate candy

Описание: Radmila Besic ( http://radmilabesic.com ) plays Vals Nr. 3 op. 8 of Antonío Barrios Mangoré (* 5. May1885; † 7. August 1944), one of her favorite composers. The other most favorite thing for Radmila is probably chocolate and especially pralines. For this reason she wanted this video to be dedicated to the work with chocolate, to the creation of chocolate candy, pralines, truffles ... and soon after the idea was there, we met a wonderful chocolatière...
Before filming her while showing how to create truffles, pralines and jelly candy, I was invited to join one of her courses and learn about it myself. After this, there was no way around this video. I hope you enjoy watching as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Radmila plays a "gran solo espressivo" (cedar top, flamed mountain maple back and rib) of the luthier Curt Claus Voigt.
The guitar was recorded with two DPA d:screet 4060 close to each other in the boundary layer of the guitar top. PrismSound Orpheus was used as preamp and interface, WaveLab 9 as DAW (also for editing).
All video lighting was done with a 3 DLED 4 BiColor Set of Dedo Weigert. (green screen background was flouded with non pro strong but cheap workshop lights, which will not happen again, as this caused a lot of extra work ... first time with green screen.)
Video was recorded with Sony NEX VG20 with Minolta MD Adapter and a Minolta MC ROKKOR 50mm 1/1.4 lens mostly at aperture 2 (fully manual focus).
Video editing was done on MAC with Final Cut X.
