On March 2, 1991, the producers of the action-adventure series WHITE ROD held a press conference at the Grand Harbor Hotel to announce their plans to bring WHITE ROD to movie screens across the globe. The WHITE ROD movie began production soon afterwards but disasters on the set and financial difficulties derailed the project. Nearly 95% of the movie was shot, but various lawsuits kept the footage locked away in a vault until late 2001. In 2002, a roughcut of the film was finally assembled, but after seeing how terrible it was, it was put back into the vault for another 23 years.
Now, at long last, work has begun to finish the WHITE ROD Movie.
