Описание: The way we speak, communicate, and talk to on another says a lot about our sense of respect, honour, humaneness.

Regardless external circumstances that can impact upon our emotions, we must DECIDE AND DETERMINE to be nice, courteous, kind, gentle, respectful and … GAMBIAN!

Shouting, being rude and/or condescending to others is not the way to go.

From us the older generation, to the younger ones, we need to quickly change the rough, angry, rude, resentful ways we speak.

WE CAN BE NICE; IT’S ALWAYS NICE TO BE NICE!

Let’s treat people the way we want to be treated.

Let’s make this our MO, and our default way to talking to one another – especially those of us who say we are in customer care !

My dear friends, best practices are exactly what they are - BEST PRACTICES - time tested and proven to deliver maximum effects in a win-win way.

It's no magic or rocket science; life is cause and effect.

The same methods will ALWAYS yield the same results; so if we don't like the results we see, let's change our methods, our modus operandi, and see what good, great and lasting results we will gradually get.

As I keep saying, we need A COLLECTIVE COMMITMENT TO CHANGE – even if in a ‘revolutionary way’ on our national psyche - a COMBINED INTENTIONAL EFFORT to recalibrate our ways into TRUE GOD-FEARING, RESPECTFUL AND HONEST WAYS - AND THIS IS VERY POSSIBLE!

Let’s keep chatting – HONESTLY, FRANKLY & TRUTHFULLY – no matter how painful and raw it gets.
