"We talked to all our guests and the guests have said they are looking for more personalised service. Their time is very valuable to them today. They don't have lot of time and here where we are right at the heart of Rodeo Drive with all the shopping that we have here. There are at least 10 jewelry stores and they don't have time to go visits all of them so we said is what we need is someone to go out and help them - a personal shopper as it were for jewelry."

"It's my job to provide a safe environment. Basically what we do is pick up the jewelry where we need to pick it up, take it to the location we need to take it to, sometimes that's internationally. We do the customs paperwork to get it in an out in various countries. We have the contacts to provide the proper escorts and so forth. And since1982 we haven't lost a thing and every body's been safe."

"Sometimes when I go shopping the stores I feel like the sales people are really just trying to sell me something, and they're trying to sell me something from their store. I want somebody that I can trust that has really really fantastic taste, like a stylist but for jewelry."
