And when I say heavy weights, I’m not talking about the ones you lift for ten reps to get a good “pump” to then rest for 60 seconds and do it again. I’m talking about a movement with weight so heavy you’re afraid to lift it, where you need to rest for 5 minutes to catch your breath after each set.
I’m talking about training like a man, and reaping the rewards that come along with it.
In fact, you should be so focused on getting stronger with heavy weights that your Google search history should be void of things like “testosterone increase supplements” and instead include things like “how to increase my deadlift” and “how to supplement my squats”.
