Our little musicians took the book All Are Welcome and explored the melody on xylophones and glockenspiels while singing, and then worked on their ensemble skills by adding other simple accompaniment. Our first graders explored the rhythmic speech of the book with rhythm sticks and conducted on our melody. We love this sweet story. We also share all the ways that we can welcome each other into music class and at school. They have such great ideas!!
