"I think a lot of people think that the unhoused population is dangerous or they're the ones committing a lot of the crimes in our community, but that's also not true," first responder community coach Chasity Kephart said. "So, a lot of them are just people that need help and are struggling with mental health or addiction. It's not necessarily that they're dangerous or a risk to the community."
