We wrapped up the most magical day at Walt Disney World by heading over to The Polite Pig
in Disney Springs — and WOW, if you’re searching for the best BBQ in Orlando, this spot needs to be on your list. Recently featured in the Michelin Guide, The Polite Pig serves up next-level smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork, Southern sides, craft cocktails, and bourbon that’ll make you consider moving to Florida. We visited as a family of six after a full on park day (aka we were HUNGRY), and let’s just say… the brisket didn’t stand a chance. Between the butcher board piled high with house-smoked meats, crispy Brussels sprouts, mac & cheese, and that insane burnt ends BBQ, it turned into a friendly family competition over who could eat the most. Spoiler alert: the teenagers came in strong, but the toddler absolutely claimed the crown.
