A basic leg workout for beginners that involves the use of no equipment.
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, resting for just 5 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.
Workout:
Box Squats (30 seconds, rest for 5 seconds)
Walking Lunges (30 seconds, rest for 5 seconds)
Alternate Leg Step Up (30 seconds, rest for 5 seconds)
Staggered Lunges (30 seconds, rest for 5 seconds)
Donkey Kicks (Each leg: 30 seconds, rest for 5 seconds)
Repeat 4 - 6 times depending on your ability. *
