SHRIMP TEMPURA WITH DIPPING SAUCE | HOW TO MAKE CRUNCHY SHRIMP TEMPURA & TASTY DIPPING SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
12 pcs shrimps (washed and legs removed already)
Cooking oil for frying
All-purpose flour (for dredging shrimps)
For the Batter:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cornstarch
1 cup icy cold water
1/2 teaspoon salt
For Tempura Dipping Sauce
3-4 tbsp. soy sauce
2-3 tbsp. washed or white sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp. grated ginger
2 tbsp. grated radish
