Boyfriend and Girlfriend are back to face the Sonic.exe and Knuckles.exe characters for good this time, and hopefully this mod will not get cancelled again. The Illegal Instruction mod was cancelled twice before, but now it is back with an official revival. This mod is pretty nostalgic, and I was really happy to see it pop up again.

The art got a glow up, there are more animations, and Girlfriend actually fights alongside Boyfriend instead of doing nothing. This stays true to the official game, like in Week 7, GF was going to transform to help BF before Pico came crashing in, and in the latest FNF update, she transforms to block the truck from crashing into him so I love that this mod has GF helping BF whenever he's in real trouble.

*The thumbnail is titled 'Illegal Inst 3' because it’s the third time I’m playing it. I’ll probably change it later.
