UK HOUSE PRICE CRASH 2022 - Why I've Sold My House!

Описание: I am so convinced that the UK HOUSING MARKET will CRASH in 2022 that I have sold my house.

Experts have been predicting a house price crash in the UK for years, however, since the Global Financial Crisis house prices have continued to go up proving these experts wrong again and again.

Having said that, I now truly believe that we are at the top of the current housing market cycle and the housing bubble will burst.

When you take into account inflation, the energy crisis, interest rate rises and an imminent recession, house prices UK look very vulnerable.

I think it would be difficult for anyone making house price predictions in 2022 to argue that prices are going to keep going up.

If you ask me will UK house prices drop in 2022, my answer is almost certainly. The UK property crash is about to start and I think it could be a lot worse than many people realise.
