MTB Lizard Trail 2020 | Crystal Cove State Park

Описание: Lizard mountain bike trail is an intermediate-plus MTB trail. The Lizard MTB Trail is a semi-technical singletrack which has a several rocky spots near the top. After the top section it turns into a flowy MTB trail with some berms and a narrow passage through the trees. There is one short hike-a-bike section if you are a human mountain biker. If you're heading down the hill, watch out for hikers and riders coming up the hill. Lizard Trail ends at the Upper Laurel Trail. Whatever way you turn at the bottom will lead you to a climb.

Directions to the general area: Park at the top of Ridge Park Rd off Newport Coast and ride Bommer Ridge. There is a nice post marking the entrance. If you pedal up Willow from the Laguna Canyon side you can get a nice run on fenceline and it will spit you out almost at the entrance to Lizard.
