It's Renee, the founder of ARKHE LANE & Mind To Body Fit!

As requested, I have an Express 5 minute Beginner - Intermediate Pilates Ab Workout for you. It will definitely get you abs burning! 😍🔥

📌 Pilates is a great tool to create core, glute & all over body strength as well as stability throughout your body, therefore creating a better functioning body & reducing your risk of injury.

My Pilates workouts are physio-based Pilates workouts, therefore are great sessions to get your body feeling strong & moving well with correct movement!

💪 This Pilates workout is an express, yet very effective 5 minute Pilates ab workout, where we are focusing on your abs, abs & abs! 😍🔥 Ready for tight abs!? A flat stomach?

🔥🧠 Please note though, this is NOT a complete beginners Pilates ab workout. It is a 'Beginner to Intermediate' level Pilates workout. I have also given some options to make the workout easier / harder. Ie. If you have been doing Pilates for a while, have the basics sorted with no issues, and you are working your way up Intermediate (or you are Intermediate) this Pilates workout is likely perfect for you! 😍

Here are the levels of my Pilates workouts: (Please note my Pilates Workout levels may be different to other Pilates teachers and Pilates workouts, so I suggest you start with my easier workouts and build yourself up to my higher-level workouts if needed 😊)
