• Egg yolk – 1

• Baking powder – ¼ tsp
• Whole almonds – as needed
• Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate – for decoration



👩‍🍳 Method
1. In a bowl, mix butter and sugar until pale and creamy.
2. Add egg yolk and a pinch of salt; mix well.
3. Add all-purpose flour and baking powder gradually and make a soft dough.
4. Wrap the dough in cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough and cut into star shapes using a cookie cutter.
