Greg and Priscilla knew their Upland house had potential. It just didn’t feel like them yet. They loved the bones of the home but wanted to revisit the design to better match their vision for how they wanted it to feel and function.
When they were ready to renovate, they reached out to our project manager Ariel. Unlike other contractors, he didn’t push his own ideas. He listened, understood their vision, and helped bring it to life. 🙌
What started as removing a wall between the kitchen and living room quickly grew into a full redesign of their space. They replaced the flooring, opened up the staircase with a modern railing, knocked down a closet to create a cozy sitting nook, and upgraded their kitchen cabinetry and countertops for a bright, open flow.
After seeing how smooth the process was, they decided to add solar and couldn’t be happier with their lower energy bills. 🔋💵
Ariel and the team kept the project on schedule, communicated every step of the way, and even surprised them with a full home deep clean when it was done. Now, their home finally feels open, modern, and completely theirs.
