40 Close up Departures at London Heathrow Airport, LHR | 24-05-24

Finally got myself a new location. This is the Courtyard by Marriott, but you can only visit if you intend to make a minimum of £30 purchasing on food and drink. The first 3 mins of this video is filmed from the Sky Bar which offers a more limited view, sadly not a complete view of the runway. Then once the restaurant opened at 5pm I moved round there, the view there was amazing to say the least!

I didn't film every single rotation due to how quickly aircraft line up and spool up behind, I tried to include as many line ups as possible. The video mostly contains heavies barr a few interesting smaller aircraft
