Rebuilding a Tight/Loose Pulley Jack Shaft

Описание: Another installment in the saga of the J. A. Vance Planer/Matcher restoration. This time on how I restored the Tight/Loose Pulley Jack Shaft that drives the feed rollers on the machine. Includes dis-assembly of really rusty parts, using the hydraulic press to remove a shaft from a pulley hub, sandblasting the parts clean, building a new shaft, including mill a hex head on one end and a keyway on the other, and re-assembling everything.
