Community conflicts can be intense due to the way people feel about their homes and communities; and neighbors often live together despite the conflict. In this program, presenter Wes Wollenweber, a mediator of these disputes, will provide insight and instruction on how to resolve these type of community conflicts, using various techniques from the principled-negotiation method, as well as tips from international diplomats that have resolved enormous community-based conflicts.
