Описание: Our leading technicians have developed through rigorous trial and testing a range of 50.8mm/2” products for the BMW E46 320/325/330 2000-2006. Our precision engineered exhausts utilise our prestigious track to road technology and research, this gives our development engineers the ability to transfer and share race proven technologies with our road going customers. Fabricated using premium high thermal tolerance T304 motorsport grade stainless steel tube that will endure through the harshest of conditions.

We use CNC Mandrel bending technology to shape our pipework. This often results in our exhausts providing a sharper throttle response and a measurable increase in BHP. Our manufacturing process also yields weight-saving gains when compared to the OE system. With all these improvements packed into our exhausts, it’s no-wonder that upgrading with Scorpion has been described as taking 'the driving experience to the next level'.

Drivers can choose from an improved high-flow rear silencer which fits only to the OE centre section link pipes and cannot be upgraded at a later stage with the Scorpion centre section pipework. For those wanting the all-out Scorpion experience we’re offering our full cat-back system, it’s worth mentioning due to the age of E46’s many of the stock OE systems are now suffering with major corrosion, we highly recommend our cat-back system for those E46 owners needing a direct replacement system.
We’re offering the cat-back system as resonated, these systems are fitted with an improved silencer to minimise unwanted noise such as drone, whilst still maintaining performance figures all without compromising on the unrivalled Scorpion soundtrack. This system has been by AutoAlex as having “absolutely no drone” which is testament to our industry-leading resonated design.

For the BMW E46 we’ve expanded upon our existing range of signature Scorpion tailpipes, existing styles include the twin polished Daytona and the classic mild-mannered twin polished Monaco tailpipes. The latest additions are racing inspired TIG welded twin titanium Downturn tailpipes, we’re also bringing back the twin polished DTM tailpipes! These premium, durable and most of all aesthetically pleasing tailpipes are the ultimate upgrade for the visible end of your performance Scorpion exhaust.

Further improvements can be made for the E46 with our tunnel / exhaust mounting brace replacements. Manufactured using lightweight, high-strength 6mm aluminium and finished in powder-coated black, these braces are fully interchangeable with OE and don’t require a Scorpion system to be fitted. We highly recommend this upgrade for those with corroded, weakened tunnel braces and or those wanting to reinforce the body's weaker points and limit chassis flex under demanding loads. These are available as a single brace which is the exhaust mounting brace or as a pair which includes the exhaust mounting brace plus tunnel brace.
