I have 2 Samsung door locks (SHS-P910). One broke down a few months ago when the motor failed to move the dead bolt. Then the same happened to this door! I believe the mortise lifespan is ~5 years only.. Don't go replace the whole smart doorlock, which will be at least $600.
Buy the mortise (works for most Samsung model) for $60 on Shopee

My original mortise is AML220, but the Shopee only sell the AML240, which will work too. Size same and compatible.
