How to Delete a Stubborn File or Folder that Won't Get Deleted | Error Item Not Found

CMD
(This opens the command prompt)
CD %USERPROFILE%\DESKTOP
(Replace DESKTOP by the location of your file or folder)
DIR/A/X/P
(This displays the content of the location folder )
REN (short name of your file) (new name)
(This renames the file or folder you want to delete)
RMDIR new name
(This deletes the target if it's a folder)
DEL new name
(This deletes the target if it's a file)
