D2R Chaos Barb - Clear Chaos + Diablo in 1 Minute on Players 8

G face 40/15 ias (ias is not needed here. 40ed/9str would be good. Can go vamp gaze ber for more survivabilty and leech)

Swap:
2x wizspike for 105fcr tele
No need hotos since max life doesn't matter on a life leech build. The mana from wizspike is useful to tele around.

Cube:
Gavel of Pain to swap on for bosses and cast amplify damage. This melts bosses since the amp dmg scales with high crushing blow and ww to deal insane damage. You can even kill players 8 baal fast. It only has 3 charges so you will need to repair every 3 runs.

Skill tree at level 99:
20 points whirlwind
20 points berzek
20 points blade mastery
20 points battle orders
20 points howl

1 point shout
1 point iron skin
rest into natural resistance

1 point increased speed would be useful. If desired, remove a point from howl and natural resistances.

20/11 light res sc's to max light resists. Cold/poison resists are not important in pvm.

Stats:
129 points in vitality (base)
390 points into strength (base, each point = 1% dmg)

Your survivabilty is based on life leech so your max life can be lower. One ww through a group of enemies pops life/mana orbs back to full. I recommend enough vita to hit 2.8k life with a good inventory to avoid getting 1 shot. Vamp gaze can help a lot with survivability if needed and doesn't sacrifice too much damage.

Use ww to clear mobs in terror zones. Zerk can be used against single targets and physical immunes. Use howl to scatter trash mobs if you want to focus the superunique monster. Against act bosses, amp dmg + ww as shown against Diablo.

The ias on griefs doesn't matter. With phase blades, the last WW breakpoints when decrepified are 54% for 5 FPA and 125% for 4 FPA. 125% ias is too big of a sacrifice to reach 4 FPA when decrepified.
