Control NeoPixel Colors with Hand Motion | ESP32 + MPU6050 + Bluetooth Project
In this project, I used two ESP32 boards, an MPU6050 motion sensor, and a NeoPixel RGB LED to create a wireless motion-controlled color system.
What happens?
Tilt your hand — and the LED on the second ESP32 changes color in real time based on the motion!
Left tilt = Red
Right tilt = Blue
Forward/Backward tilt = Green
The center mixes all colors dynamically
How it works:
The master ESP32 reads roll & pitch data from the MPU6050
It maps the motion to RGB values
Sends them via Bluetooth to the slave ESP32
The slave updates the NeoPixel color and shows the current color on an OLED screen
Perfect for anyone exploring IoT, sensor-based interaction, or Bluetooth communication between microcontrollers.
