The masterclass was initiated by Bogdan A. Zelenski, the Founder of Alpha Navigation. He spoke on the topic 'Leadership At Sea. Today’s Challenges in the Maritime Industry', which is very necessary and relevant to cadets and young professionals in the maritime industry.
The topic of Leadership at Sea and current challenges was also raised by Anastasia G. Traikapi, Crew Manager of Interunity Group, with an excellent presentation on the positive impact of leadership skills and the negative impact of not having them.
The masterclass was continued by clinical psychologist & Lead consultant of Coordinator for MHSS Eastern Europe Alexander Dimitrevich with the topic 'Mental health on board'.
