The song was written by Paul Shaffer and Late Night/Late Show writer Steve Young, with contributions by then-Head LN/LS writer Rob Burnett. Will Lee provided the lead vocal.
The Strong Guy was Mike Kovar, a professional body builder from New Jersey. He died in 2009.
The Fat Guy was Tim Jackson
The Genius was Andrew Pessin, a philosophy professor currently teaching at Connecticut College
