In this video I have a look at a set of padlocks designed for children aged 3+. The padlocks are plastic and are made by ZIB Educational, and are designed to help kids learn to count and to read letters and numbers. When I saw these online, I was fascinated to discover how they worked, as the keys in particular look so much like real keys. So I took one apart to find out how they worked.
