This was a medical malpractice case.
You sued your doctor.
For violating the basic standards of good medical care.
For causing injury and harm.

The doctor claimed he did nothing wrong.
He claimed whatever he did, did not cause you harm and injury.

He couldn't explain why there were two separate versions of my client's records.
Instead, he had that deer-in-the-headlights look.
His attorney's mouth was wide open, realizing for the first time that her client had outright LIED.
Repeatedly. Over and over again.
