My Pig Bench Routine - 9 @ 155lbs

Today I hit my easy version of the Pig Routine. Starting with the empty barbell for 20 reps and increasing the weight by 10lbs but decreasing the reps but 1 for each set. Today I finished the 9 reps at 155lbs. One more set than last time. Slowly making more progress. Next time the goal is the complete the next set until one day I complete the routine.
