Meet FINLEY - Our New 8 Week Old Pembroke Welsh Corgi!

Описание: So, how’s our married life you ask? Well, tiring to be honest 😅😬😴 Meet Finley, our 12-week old Pembroke Welsh Corgi! We got Finley four weeks ago and we haven’t slept since 😛 Tom and I talked about getting a puppy, even before Ollie passed away. Since both of us are working from home, we decided that now would be the best time to go through puppyhood.

There are a lot of lovable corgi traits that Ollie introduced me to so we were pretty set on getting a corgi. We also wanted a corgi that had a tail like Ollie did since it added so much to his personality. Unfortunately, corgis usually have their tails docked after they’re born but we were lucky to find a breeder who didn’t dock tails. Also, we decided to get a tri-color corgi (he has black, white, and red fur), just to really differentiate from Ollie (who only had red and white).

Finley was the biggest of his litter. His ears popped up the first week we got him. He’s a big ball of energy who is super curious and wants to put absolutely anything and everything in his mouth. He’s not potty trained yet but he’s a pro-sitter. His tail spins like a helicopter whenever we come home and he’s already following me around the house. The best part has been seeing him bond with Ben. Ben wasn’t sure at first (actually, he was real snarly and growly towards Finley lol) but now, he’s thrilled about having a wrestling partner again. ☺️
