In the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP), your employer must complete and sign the Employer Declaration Form confirming all information is truthful, complete, and accurate. Every section must be fully answered — vague or incomplete responses can lead to refusal. The form must be signed by someone with proper authority to support the foreign worker’s application, and signing without authorization may result in refusal or nomination cancellation.
Please note carefully that the completed and signed Employer Declaration Form is required only at the time of submitting the nomination application; however, prior consent from the employer is required before registering for a nomination.
