EDIT : DrMacheto has found the real name of this music :
"I've got the soundtrack and
it says:
"Vietcong 2 OST - Hendrix (Beck "Becko" Hansen)"
So I guess it's been made by some Studio-musician (Becko?) specifically
for Vietcong 2, obviously influenced by Jimi Hendrix.
