Veg Cheese Keema Masala
French beans - 1 cup
Carrot - 1 cup
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
Tomato purée - 2 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Capsicum grind - 1/2 cup
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Coarsely grind veggies - 1 cup
Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Grated paneer - 1/2 cup
Coriander fresh - 1 tbsp
Cheese grated - 1 cup
1. Coarsely grind veggies as per video, heat oil in a pan and add butter sauté onion and garlic ginger paste. Add tomato purée, veggies, Paneer and dry spices mix it well let it cook for 3 minutes.
2. Now pour some water, cover with lid and allow it cook for another five minutes on medium flame. Finish it with chopped coriander and keep it aside.
3. In a bake tray or vessel, spread the prepared veg keema and top it with grated cheese. Bake it for 10 minutes at 180-degree centigrade, apply some butter sprinkle some coriander and chilli flakes. Serve hot with chapati.
